Founded in 2022 and headquartered in the village of Fatehpur Mandav, Madhuban, Mau, the Trust was set up to widen access to healthcare and education for underserved communities, and to support women, children and persons with disabilities through direct, on-ground programmes.

The Trust's objects, as laid down in its deed, cover a wide field — from primary schools to postgraduate and technical institutions, from hospitals and diagnostic camps to nursing and medical training, alongside sustained work on women's rights, disability awareness, sanitation and environmental welfare. In practice, this takes shape as recurring health camps, awareness drives and education support delivered directly in villages across the district.

The Trust is governed by a board of four trustees and is registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to undertake CSR activities, allowing companies to partner with it as part of their corporate social responsibility commitments.
